Win Son serves Taiwanese-American cuisine in Brooklyn. If you’re trying this spot for the first time, the Big Chicken Bun is a must here for me. It’s a Taiwanese fried chicken sandwich and my sources say it’s the best in the city. They’re open for both brunch and dinner and have a bakery inside as well. Their outdoor patio is perfect for the warmer months and has room for walk-ins if you don’t have a chance to make a reservation in advance. Definitely make a trip here if you’re looking to try a bunch of small plates with a larger group- sharing is my favorite way to experience all the new flavors. They also have a good amount of unique non-alcoholic drinks in addition to their lengthy list of wines, cocktails, and baijiu.
