Ume is a fancy, sit on the floor, shoes off sushi spot in Williamsburg. We got their signature set and ordered some extras. Such a fun experience if you’re looking for unique dinner plans. The sushi comes out beautifully arranged and it’s an art piece as much as it is a meal. Get some sake too!
