The Doughnut Project is an artisanal donut shop located on Morton Street in the West Village. When I say these are some of the best donuts you’ll ever have, that is no exaggeration. They have weekly flavors that are always insanely inventive, along with some classics. I recommend placing an order for pickup in advance because they sell out quickly! Try the “new old fashioned” or the “olive oil.”
