Nowon in the East Village is known for their burgers and it lives up to the hype- definitely one of the top 5 burgers I have had in NYC. We ordered the truffle burger and kimchi burger and though both are so good, kimchi is a must to order. I loved the orange wine I had here too and would also recommend the chopped cheese rice cakes and tater tots. I went with two friends on a Sunday and we had the best time. I booked on Resy and it was pretty easy to get a table in advance. Keep an eye out for their Bushwick location coming summer 2023!
