There are a few different restaurants within the Il Buco family, but this one has been on my list forever. Each location has its own Italian specialty, whether that be fish, pizza, pasta, etc. All of the pastas here at the original restaurant looked so good- I wanted to try them all! The menus change seasonally to be sure to use the freshest ingredients possible, so I’m excited to come back and try something new. I loved the tomato salad and used it to make bruschetta with the bread.
