Fairfax is a charming West Village spot with an innovative take on a prime burger, complete with a pressed bun and crispy shoestring fries on top. This was one of the top burgers in NYC for me- definitely get it done medium! People love their tots, but I actually preferred their fries. I also loved the bowl of greens that was topped with loads of cheese. They have an awesome wine selection too and the orange was amazing. The atmosphere was cute and would be perfect for a date! They’re slammed on weekends, but be sure to check out if they have any bar seating available.
