Barano in Williamsburg is an amazing Italian spot. It’s also quite easy to book a table here on Resy and not hard to put your name in if you’re looking for a quick reservation. The Saffron Gigli (with hot Calabrian chili) was the star of the show for me. It’s the red pasta in this pic and I’ve never tasted a dish like it! It’s somehow both a sweet and savory pasta. The vodka was only okay in my opinion, but the heritage pizza and meatballs made up for it. Definitely recommend for some warm Italian.
